Your data, yours.

1. What we collect

Only what's needed to deliver your PSAIM experience: wearable signals you connect, the answers you give us, and the responses Dr. Tony generates for you. We do not collect more than that.

2. How we use it

To compute your bio age, your 5-year risk, your plan, and your coach's daily message — and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

3. Where it lives

Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR & HIPAA-aware. Hosted in EU (default) or your region on request.

4. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability — at any time. Email privacy@psaim.info from your account address and we respond within 5 business days.

5. Health & special-category data

PSAIM processes information about your health — wearable biomarkers, biological-age and risk estimates, and the answers you give your coach. Under GDPR Article 9 this is special-category data, which we may only process with your explicit consent.

Legal basis. We process your health data on the basis of the explicit consent you give at checkout and in the app (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), and to perform our coaching contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time — email privacy@psaim.info; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your health and account data only as long as your account is active, and then delete or irreversibly anonymise it. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).

7. Who processes your data

We share the minimum necessary with vetted processors bound by data- processing agreements. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

• HitPay — payment processing for shop orders (name, email, order amount; no health data).
• Hosting & infrastructure — EU-based servers and database that store your account and health data, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Email — transactional email (order confirmations, account notices) is sent via our email provider (name, email address; no health data).

8. Cookies & tracking

We use only strictly-necessary, first-party storage to run the site — your language preference, your cart/order draft, and security. These are essential and always on.

We load no analytics or marketing cookies or third-party scripts until you opt in via our cookie banner (prior opt-in). You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookie preference. Payment scripts (HitPay) load only when you choose to pay by card, as they are necessary to complete a purchase you initiate.
