Your right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — email support@psaim.info, or use the model form below. Sending your notice before the period expires is enough to keep the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal & refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return. Please return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days.
